I looked at several before deciding on this one. I can make my entire 550 mile run without having to change FM settings, using the little magnetic antenna that came with it. I drive an 18 wheeler and this radio has all the features I need. Not complicated, easy to learn and use. The traffic reports are more complete than the ones I get on the local AM stations while driving thru Los Angeles. I love it and can think of no complaints which is why I give it 5 stars.
And it makes a delightful "chirp" when a favorite (stored) song comes on. This Roady is a "must have" if you live out in the boonies like I do. I bought this one used. We chose to attach it with Velcro (but there are other ways) and it has worked out very well. This model is easy to install and operate. And I haven't had any problems yet. I don't expect any problems, either.
Bought it, installed it, went on a 1800 mile trip and played it constantly. No problems figuring it out and it works perfectly.
Horrid unit. It switches stations on it's own. Sometimes won't turn on. Delphi support is no help. DON'T BUY.
Very disappointed with this unit. Could not get it to work unless I used the cassette adapter. I would not buy a Roady again and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
